Growing up in Sussex meant for us as chefs, we got to appreciate the high quality of produce locally grown all around us. From ‘pick your own’ farms to foragers and small businesses, making the most of what the South East farms and landscapes provide.
By using local businesses and their produce, the quality is higher and its more sustainable. We adapt our menus weekly to what’s best in season and aim to minimise wastage by using as much of each ingredient as we can.
Private Hire
We offer bespoke catering and we want to work with you to make your vision a reality!
We cater private events for a minimum of 20 people with the capacity for 200+.
Prices starting from £10 per head.
